Armor Multiplier Display Adjustments (#11710)

* Made Armor Weakness a number rather than a % for display.

* Renamed to ArmorPiercing to PartialArmorPierce

* ArmorMult doesn't display if Pierce Armor is On
renamed the bundle to "% armor pierce"

* Just In Case
