Subject: [PATCH] VNM moved to new domain (#10380)

* Update servers_v7.json VNM

Add VNM (`server.mindustry-tool.app`) ports from 6760 to 6780
All these ports are dynamic startup when player enter them from VNM hub, so they maybe offline sometime.
