* Completely checked and transtaled Vietnamese

I spent 1 week (few hours/day) to check every single line in **bundle** and translate:
- Make `bundle_vi.properties` has same lines as original bundle file `bundle.properties`.
- Retranslate some old strings/words which:
  + From very old versions.
  + Mis-translated.
  + Multiple meanings in Vietnamese.
  + Some sentences were add/removed.
- Translate new strings from very last commit (https://github.com/Anuken/Mindustry/commit/7f30cd8703f500a619357872a87df1773819b97d)

* Small fix

First letter.
