iczero 7dd7ccf698 Add gradle property jvmArgs (#1161) ...

Allows specifying additional arguments for the vm, which would
make using tools such as HotSwapAgent and dcevm easier
Example: run -PjvmArgs='["-XXaltjvm=dcevm"]'
